  • I can definitely see a lot of areas where its lost gps and just joining the dots (where it had a signal) with those sharp, straight lines. Honestly, those are the types of gps tracks I see whenever I attempt to use it in any city type area though :-(
  • Looks like standard Garmin GPS tracks unfortunately... at least in my experience

A little update . I contacted garmin and they verified that the gps was bad so they did something they called it reprogramming and told me it was fixed so i picked it up only to found out it was still as bad as before . Then i gave them the watch again, they replaced it with a new one and i have done 3 runs its still bad . I dont know what to do ? How its possible that a new watch has the same gps problems . I have the fenix 5x for 10 months and only the last month i have such huge problems . My settings are as usual normal gps with 1s data recording. I tried glonass and smart just to test it but it was the same
  • Have you tried running with another gps device at the same time to see if that is any better? Honestly those paths look like any time I used my 5x in any area with any sort of building. Its (the 5x) just plain average at GPS, other devices (often much cheaper) do far better with the limits of the GPS technology.

I have had bad GPS only once so far: Frankfurt Marathon last year...
Even in other cities (Berlin, Cologne, etc) no issues w/ GPSciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1304307.jpg
