I just used a brick session activity using circuit training (cardio) and run. The only problem was that the gps took a little while to sync again after each cardio step (even though I was outside) - can I set it so that GPS is enabled for cardio? I also wanted to add a warm up and cool down. I can’t belive there isn’t an option in connect workouts for adding multi sport.
You can enable GPS for Cardio, but I guess that will make the Cardio session accumulate distance, which may not be desirable. I haven’t seen a way to create multi sport workouts on Garmin Connect either, but perhaps a way around this is to create a separate workout for each sport and initiate the required workout after the transition from one sport to the next.
