New Fenix 5X and can't update FW

I just got a new fenix 5X and can't update to the latest firmware. It has 4.10 installed and Garmin Express says everything is all up to date. Is there a way to manually update?

How have you tried to update? Is it an APAC device? Is the FW waiting to be installed? (Settings>System>Software Update on the watch)

I checked the system settings and just saw a toggle to auto update. Nothing indicating if the FW is waiting to be installed. So I just went ahead and installed the latest beta FW since I can manually do that.

Perhaps you can try it with the garmin web updater
