Factory reset - now bluetooth fails..

A few recent issues with my Fenix 5 Sapphire so ended up factory resetting. Now whenever I try to connect via bluetooth to my Moto G5, it will offer the pairing code, accept it, then wait 10 seconds and say connection failed.

I have tried clearing data for connect, reinstalled it a few times, but no joy.

Any ideas?

PS - I have tried using my vivoactive HR and that pairs fine :-/

clear the watch from your bluetooth settings on the phone, out of GC Mobile and also on Garmin Connect on the web. Then try to re-pair

i cleared everything on bluetooth and also GC on the phone. There was no device listed on the site. Just tried using my old iphone and it connected okay... but then when I tried to sync it failed

Fixed. Left it a few hours and tried again and worked. Very weird
