Running Power not Recording with HRM-Tri

My HRM-Tri was connected to the Fenix 5X, but running power was missing for the first few minutes of my run. Is this a known problem?

Did you download and activate running power related data fields in your activities?

I tried the all in one data field and it seems to work. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2375876202

I guess I read somewhere that for the first run with the Garmin power data fields (and whenever you significantly change your location) the watch needs approximately 10 minutes to download wind data. Maybe this is your issue?

I did the first run with power field, and it was working from the beginning.
