Does the Fenix import data from Garmin Connect?

Hi! I'm wondering if the Fenix 5(or the 3 for that matter) import data from Garmin Connect when calculating for example the training status?
I'm wondering because i have a Wahoo Elemnt for cycling and i'd like it if that data would be used by the watch.

Cheers!
  • No, at this stage, workout data only goes from the watch to GC, not the other way around, so if you want to see intergrated training status combining running, riding, etc, you need to use the watch.

You could of course wear your F5 and have it quietly recording while you ride, even if the Elemnt is what you are using as your main head unit while you ride. ANT+ sensors can connect to more than one head unit at a time (although Bluetooth sensors are restricted to just one head unit at a time).

    Thank you!
