No data from IQ-Datafields in Garmin Connect

Hi,

does anyone have the same problem like me? I don't see any data from IQ-Datafields in Garmin Connect.
If i change the used device (eg. instead of my F5 i change it to a F3HR) in the fit-file with this tool and reupload the modified fit-file, i see all IQ-Data within Garmin Connect...
  • Join the club. I used to have the same issue. It was solved only by receiving a new unit.
  • Yep, several people have the issue. It is known as "elevation data enabled by default" and has been around for two years now.

    Your unitid is affected by a bug in garmin connect backend. Rather few units are affected, but some are.

    Search in the forum. Garmin fenix-5-beta team has promised to fix it yet again, but Garmin have promised a lot during the time and since they want to get affected unitid-numbers the fix doesn't feel right. (The parsing of which product it is depends on the unitid not only on the productid)

    Some of the known consequences are:

    - Elevation correction enabled by default
    - No fit file extension fields working in web view. (they exist in the fitfile, so other services see them)
    - Incorrect version display if the minor number is 0
    - Not all menus appear in garmin connect mobile
    - Last synced unit is not shown correct.
