I have a few questions
1) during a cycle ride, you have “time in heart rate zone”. It shows zone 5 as 152 bpm. But zone 5 162 bpm or greater. Why is that?
2) when I start a cycle exercise, can how I choose a bike gear? Under bike gear, I create two bike profiles. One for my road bike. The other for my MTB.
3) when doing a cycle exercise, how do I use a generated route that i created?
