Odds are very high that you are signed into 2 different emails/Garmin accounts. Remove your Fenix 5+ from Garmin Express on your computer and sign out of your Connect Mobile APP. When you re-add your watch to Garmin Express and sign-in again to the Connect Mobile APP, ensure you are using the same email address.
