not found [Do course] and [training] in Feinx5 Menu options

I'm a old Fenix 3 user, after I bought a new Fenix 5 and import a trail run race GPS file to my device with BaseCamp, but I didn't found [Do course] or [training] option in Fenix5 Menu, what's the reaon?
then I found a app named [Navigate], but it really not my option, all my data filed in trail run can't be use and most of the function not available in this app.
I just want to do course with the GPS file and use it in trail run app, not the navigate, how to do course in Fenix 5?

Start>Trail Run, wait for GPS lock, hold down Menu, page down to Navigation, select that, select Courses.

It's a nuisance for checking the courses on your watch without starting an activity, but fine for actually doing them.

I believe this mirrors the concept of the handheld devices. I have to do it this way on my Oregon 700, too. At first I found it dumb and preferred the F3 concept but then I found it acceptable and now I believe that both ways have their own logic and justification.
