block after disconnecting from the computer

my fenix 5 every time I unplug it from my computer crashes and I have to do a soft reset ...
does this happen to you too?

Never. No offence, but you are dismounting the drive before you unplug it, aren't you?

It happens to me every time I unplug from an Apple iMac. It never does it when I unplug from a Windows 7 or Windows 10 PC.

Oh, and yes, I am properly ejecting the watch from both the iMac and the PC's before disconnecting.

I never dismount the watch/drive (Win 10), works like a champ

This has been brought up before and I too suffer the same consequences with Mac. Unplug without ejecting and it doesn't seem to bother for some reason.

I always do the expulsion

an update file in the remoteSW folder created the error
