Problem with whatsapp message in Fenix 5

Hi, I´m trying to fix a problem in my Fenix 5. It doesn´t show the whatsapp text message, just the sender+date/time. I took a photo to show that de watch doesn´t display the text of the message. I did a lot of things to tried to solve this problem: reset the Iphone 7, reset de Fenix 5, download new version of IOS (now is 11.1.2), change app configuration (notifications), change notifications in Fenix 5. I can't believe how poor the messaging app is compared with the by far cheaper Vivoactive 3

I don't have an issue reading whatsapp messages. If I press the start button I can read the complete message.

Do you have "Show Preview" checked in the Settings -> Notifications menu of the WhatsApp iOS app and do you have "Show Previews" turned on and set to Always in iPhone Settings -> Notifications? The watch just mirrors what the phone sends to it.
