thanks for helping me.
  • What kind of file are you getting out of wikiloc? To have a course with turn alerts, you need a FIT file with embedded coursepoints - a GPX won't work even if you have waypoints embedded in the original file, the F5 just splits them out. You can use TCX files and convert them to FIT files (use javawa or my converter described here). That said, I've just tried downloading a file from there and there were no coursepoints in the TCX or waypoints in the GPX, so it might not be the best method to use.

If you use the Garmin course creator, you'll get turn alerts. You could try importing the wikiloc output into Garmin Connect then sending it to your watch, and it should add turns in the process. Downside is that you can't see how many or where without actually doing the course, or extracting it from your watch and viewing it in other software.
  • The fact IS that i don't know what type os document It is,because It is done automatically, the watch makes it.
So ,it's better do like you told me? And where can i find a tutorial to do It?
  • Well, the blog post I linked above contains some sites that will generate routes with coursepoints in, and instructions for using my software to make FIT files and putting those on your watch (it's completely free, btw, not touting for profit here). Javawa RTW is here as an alternative converter. Or you can import a GPX or TCX into Garmin Connect by clicking Import on thecourses page and select activity type, set the name, save then send it to your watch.

If you make a test course by any of these methods, make it at least 2km long; I don't know exactly what the cut-off is, but below a certain distance the watches don't give the alerts for the turns even if they're in the file.
