Elevations corrections enabled? Please tell me your FW and Reference ID

Does anyone have problem with elevation corrections enabled on Fenix 5?

According to Garmin support, we are the only 2 people with this problem.
If some of you have this problem and mentioned to garmin support, please give me your Reference ID, so I can say to garmin, there are more of us. If you just found that you have the problem, please register a ticket at garmin, and give them my Reference ID: 10549963K0

I can no longer understand this, with my old Fenix 3 I had at one time the same problem, a short time later another problem arose, due to which the watch was exchanged. Since then, the altitude correction has been turned back to disabled.

The issue impacts individual devices (serial numbers) so when your watch is exchanged it will likely go away - at least temporarily.

grade von meinem Lauf zurück gekommen und konnte es nicht fassen, die Höhenkorrektur war deaktiviert! Super!
Powerwerte und auch mein Connect IQ Datenfeld werden angezeigt! Ich bin begeistert!

Hat zwar sehr lange gedauert, aber Danke!

Great, it actually looks like they fixed it the correct way. Even my old failed fenix 3 fit file now worked, that was part of one of the inital reports. Total time with issue. 26 months.

The only funny side effect(?) is that my watch is now shown as f?nix 5 – Sapphire Edition on Garmin Connect, while it's the normal edition only...

lk130. now it doesn't matter since the issue is fixed....

But... They failed to fix it absolutely correctly, now my NON sapphire fenix5 unit is displayed as sapphire for the new uploaded ones...

Test department has been on vacation....
