How do I turn off the flashlight?

After turning the flashlight on, how do you turn it off and get back to the home screen?

The usual long press gesture on the lower left button doesn't seem to work in this mode.

Just press the Back/Lap button (bottom right).

Thanks. I don't know why I didn't try that. It's unfortunate that long press doesn't work in this situation (if only because that is what I tried.)
