Clear Starred Segments from Fenix5x

GoogleFu has failed me.

I had a Strava Premium membership and canceled it. Now I have several Starred/Live Segments that keep popping up when I ride that I no longer want to see. I'd like to clear them ALL. I logged into Strava and "un-starred" all segments, but they keep popping up on my Fenix5x.

You can delete them on the watch by going to Run->Settings->Training->Strava Live Segments-><segment>->Delete

Or you can connect the watch to a PC and navigate to Garmin/Segments and…

Or you can connect the watch to a PC and navigate to Garmin/Segments and simply delete all the fit files in one go.

Thanks, it's really not intuitive...
