VO2 Max - watch reading different to App

My VO2 Max is different to connect. The two don’t match. All other details are correct, I turned device on & off and restarted Connect app, no changes. Any idea why?

Issue seems to still exist. my vo2max on my fenix 5x is 51, it shows 49 as current vo2max in Garmin Connect App and online. However it will show 51 in the 7 day, 4week and six month report.

Still seeing the same issue as of September 24, 2021. I achieved a new VO2 max on my run today using my Forerunner 935. My watch says 48 but app is stuck on 47. When is this bug scheduled to be fixed?
