Help f5x stopped

I woke up this morning and my f5x has stopped no power to it. I was up at 2:30am and it was working fine. I had charged it yesterday so the batterie was full. Anyone had thus happen? I’ve plugged it into my computer but nothing. I’ve pushed the start button still nothing.

I would speak with support or could try a hard reset

Ensure the watch is powered off
Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
Power the device on while holding these buttons
After the first beep release the Start button
After the second beep release the remaining buttons

I would try to charge it again for an hour or so, then try to restart. Also try pressing and holding the start button for a minute or so. Maybe the issue is display and the watch needs to be fullt shut down and rebooted.

Thanks guys. I ended up trying the hard reset with no luck. After a few hours I just held down the start button ,and she worked. She only had 9% batterie left. Strange.
Up and running now. Hope it doesn’t happen again

Weird one! Seen it where a program seems to get trapped running and it'll drain down the battery really quickly. Maybe something similar and it wouldn't allow it to start properly! Hopefully a one of for you!
