How to delete the app I have install ?

Hi All

can some one share with me where I can delete those in-used app I have install ?

as now I only have 2 slot left.

Paulyeo,
Use Garmin Connect Mobile, select your device, then connect iq apps, find the app you want to remove, select it, and select uninstall.
