STILL No update for APAC

Day 25 and still no update. The previous thread was closed, so I must open a new one. I disagree that this is a 'pointless' thread. People who are considering buying an APAC version of the watch should really think hard whether it is worth spending the money given the massive delay in roll-out of software updates to APAC versions. The 'point' of this thread is to raise awareness and put pressure on Garmin to address this issue. Perhaps nobody from Garmin reads these and we the forums are here for us to whine to each other - then I guess you are right...it's pointless. But if Garmin care about their most loyal customers (those that take their time to post issues, help, guidance, etc) to their forums - they could at least provide a response. Right now, we get no response, no software updates, and closed threads. Here is what I would like.

1) An explanation why APAC roll-outs are delayed by so long
2) If it's possible to get off the APAC release cycle and on to the Global release cycle, what is the recipe. I don't need language support, I bought it to get local hardware support, I live in Thailand

Is that too much to ask?
