Komoot app for 5x available in the iq store

Use "Contact Developer" for it in the app store. There may also be a forum thread specifically for it.

posted it here, because I wanted to know, If other users perhaps have the same problem with 5x.

When you're using this app on the 5x, does it use the mapping screens for the routing, or does it have it's own?

After selecting a route it will offer you an activity (bike, walk, run,...) and uses your activity screen - just like you had chosen it from courses.

There are two things that bother me:
1. Komoot does not work offline even after downloading the route
2. I have no idea how to remove downloaded route

Contacting support does not work for me :-/

Seems to be, that the "download" of a route is only a temporary think. If you stop the Internet connection and start the komoot app again on your devive, the route isn't saved and you have to start a new internet connection.

The downloaded routes can be found (and deleted) under ?Courses? in the navigation menue.

I agree that not beeing able to access downloaded routes via the komoot app when offline is pretty strange. The app also often gives me a message saying it was unable to connect, so still lots of room for improvements, but I am generally glad they finally managed to launch the app at all.

Thanks for clarification. So it is an issue with my fw version. I get a "device full storage" message although I have 1197 kb and 22 placeholders free for iq store stuff on my 5x.
