After the activity record is synced to Strava, the device "Garmin Fenix 5X" is not shown in the strava activity record. My friend got a Garmin Fenix 5, and it has no problem the device is shown after the activity is synced. Is there something wrong for the setup? Thanks.
I think this is how Strava is designed, it doesn't show your own device, only your friends devices. If you look at your activity from your friends account/computer you would probably see which device you have used.
It shows for me for my runs without a problem. Always "Garmin fēnix 5X". Cannot see this as a Garmin problem unless for some reason the device type is missing from the fit file transferred to Strava.
My fenix 5X not showing on strava either and my frens fenix 5x are showing!! My old fenix 2 and 3 were showing and my current edge is showing.... what is going on?
