reinstall garmin connect without data loss

I have two devices registered to GC fenix5x and a vivofit 3. Im having trouble removing a vivofit 3 from GC mobile. I have removed it from the GC website but it still remains on my ipad/iphone. If i was to uninstall the app from my ipnone would i lose any data when i reinstalled?
Im hope this is the issue im having getting the kids iphone to pair with vivofit 3.

When the device still shows in GC mobile, it's because the device is still registered with Garmin. Registered does not mean in/out of Garmin Connect. No, it's the super secret (not really) area where registrations and software subscriptions are kept.

Delete from Garmin Connect mobile.
Delete Bluetooth pairing on any mobile devices.
Delete from Garmin Connect. Watch at top right > Device Settings > gear at top right > Remove.
Delete from My Garmin using the link above.
Delete from Garmin Express on any PC or Mac.

Yeah, crazy number of places.

Yeah I had unregistered it from there but still showing up in GC mobile.

My connect app will not allow me to input my correct birthday, it keeps defaulting to some useless date.

There's a long thread about your problem in the forum. Search the forum for birthday. The thread is relatively fresh. It's something about the earliest date possible in Linux. As I recall, this has been resolved for some people. Is your device and Mobile Connect updated to the latest versions?
