Hi!
I've had my Garmin Fenix 5 Sapphire since April and I've been nothing but satisfied with my device.
It has been working properly and I've been recommending the product to almost everyone.
However, I have recently realized that the sound-feature does not work at all. This might sound odd but since it didn't make any sounds from the get go i kind of just expected it not to have any sound-functionalities.
The vibration works during notifications and all, but not the sound. I recently thought about using the watch as a wake up clock but thought to myself that "well it doesn't have the ability to make sounds so why bother". Then I check the settings for the alarm and there it says it's supposed to be able to vibrate and make sounds.
My question is:
Does anyone have the same problem and is there a way to fix this? Or have i received a defective version?
