Why my smartphone lose its bt connection with uconnect in my jeep when arrive a call? Uconnect and fenix 5x seem not working at same time! Why? Sorry for my english
Depending on how your smartphone gets his connection to car mobile phone unit. Old nokia based car systems worked the way called SAP R3, which required whole sim card of the phone and terefore phone during car connection was like without sim, therefore unable to connect to internet. this is not related to watch but to car and relates to many cars produced like 2005 to 2013.
you can check it the way that you try to connect to internet from your phone during it is connected to car phone, ignition on.if your phone cannot go to internet it would be this problem, if it can, it would be something else, maybe related to bluetooth version or so...
I can connect to internet when my phone is paired with uconnect in my car.. also with vivosmart3 I had same problem.. they seem in conflict if I use both bt connection
