The steps on watch are counted but I cannot see them on my mobile garmin connect nor on web. It stopped synchronize after July 19th, I have not noticed that, not using this too much. All settings seems to be fine.Did anyone experience anything similar? How ro resove that? Many thanks
It sounds like your watch is no longer associated with your account. Have you checked to see if it's still showing on the website or the mobile app as being linked?
Have you figured this out? I have experienced the same issue for the last 10 days straight. My runs will sync from the watch just fine. My steps show up on the watch daily but are not going to Garmin Connect. I haven't changed any settings and have no idea what is happening.
