Can someone with an artistic talent could do the old cardinal watchface where you see a sun moving his eyes at day and the moon moving his eyes at night? I can't show you pictures of it but googling it will give you an idea! Pretty please!!!

I don't recall seeing a watchface like this in the app store, but at times there could be something, but just not available for your watch, and the developer may notice and just make it compatible to your watch.
While the watch face you describe would not be immediately easy, learning to develop simple apps yourself isn't that hard. Just takes practice and patience. Go to https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq and see how to get started. Lots of advice from other developers too.
