I am just at the beginning of a MTB-ride and saw that suddenly the MTB is not on the phone anymore (and cannot be add). Any idea? Thank you Garmin again for some new trouble.
This has been a glitch that has been going on for some time (it occured for me once back in April), but I'm not sure that anyone has been able to replicate it consistently or track down the root cause.
The fastest fix is to do a hard reset of your watch, although this will mean losing the existing data and settings on your watch.
I think it is possible to copy a backed up copy of the app file onto your watch via the sync cable, but this requires you to have backed up the app first.
