When I view a run activity in the GC mobile app (iOS), the graph for Time In Heart Rate Zones shows > 1 BPM for Zone 5 and all other Zones show 0-1 BPM. This same problem appears in my run activities on firmware 5.84 and 6.0. Is anyone else seeing this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it? I tried resetting the heart rate zones through the GC mobile app (device/user settings) with no luck. I sent in a bug report during 5.84 but did not receive a response.
I'm having the exact same problem. The same issue is also on Garmin Connect website when I look at "Time in Zones" on activity pages. The heart rate zones under device settings appear to be correct.
I'm also having the same problem after installed a beta FW (can't remember which version). In my case the problem was due to a self added and messed up "Running" Heart Rate Zone in Garmin Connect device > user settings. I adjusted the zones and sent/synced the refreshed settings to the 5x.
