Fenix 5: adding course/gpx on Android phone

Hi, I am a proud owner of a Fenix 5 (non Wifi version);
I like the navigation/course feature a lot, but when I am on the road (w/o laptop etc) I sometimes would like to add a course for a hike using my phone.
The easier scenario would be to find the gpx file for the hike on the web and download it to the phone and then somehow transfer it to the watch, the other more complicated scenario would be to define/edit a course on the phone, convert it to gpx data, save it on the phone and then again somehow transfer it.
Anyone knows of a way(s)/tools/apps of doing that?

I haven't used it myself (I normally do it via PC), but gimporter (Android app and Garmin widget) would seem to meet your requirements?

You can import, create and manage routes entirely on your phone with our mobile-friendly web page https://dynamic.watch and wirelessly download them using routeCourse on your watch.

Our other app dwMap also works on the Fenix 5 watch range, but the features it adds, such as a route map and turn-by-turn prompts, are already available built-in on your watch.
