How do I load maps on my 5X

I would like to load Tracks4Africa to my Fenix 5X or Garmin Topo pro Africa.
Any help will do

What is tracks 4 Africa?

I've loaded it on mine . You must just copy the T4A img onto your watch into the Garmin directory . FWIW I haven't found the coverage that great for hiking etc , but I guess that is to be expected.
