Windsor half marathon race report

I did my first ever half marathon yesterday with my trusted Fenix 5X/HRM-Run and a Stryd footpod. I was very satisfied with the way the watch behaved and with the GPS accuracy. Luckily, I had the Stryd handy for accurate pace measurements.

what did you think of the Straight mile ending? Takes a long time to arrive, doesn't it? Good running for your first half by the way.

Thanks- it was a great experience indeed! I paced myself as planned and only sped up at the end, knowing I have enough power left for it! It was hillier than expected and the sun certainly did not help! My Stryd played a pretty important role in reminding me to slow down to around 06:00 min per km too.
