The production software update is a phased roll out and is currently at 20% of users. If you aren't in the 20% then you will not be offered the update. When the next phase is rolled out we will update the sticky with the roll out numbers.
I got the update, but the new 2017.10 map won't install for me. Same error that the older 2016.20 gave before it disappeared. I had hoped the nwe version meant they had fixed it. I guess not :(
I have the beta 5.84 installed. I tried Garmin Connect and my watch directly to check for an update, but nothing yet. And this is several hours after the 100% rollout message.
