Create a Workout - causing sync errors

Really odd issue - built a custom workout on the mobile app and on PC and when you trying to sync it over to the watch it gives a server sync error. I have tried to sync several workouts none of them ones that I have created recently will work - however old ones will. I have tried on firmware 5.4 and 5.86 no difference in what happens.

At this point I am frustrated because I cannot get any new custom workouts to work. Is anyone else having the same issues?

Most likely it is with the database associated with your account - I don't think it's your watch. Garmin tends to have a lot of these little errors and counts on the fact that most people use 1% of the features on their watches. Call the 1-800 number. It took them a full month for me to finally started adding new workouts when my had issues.

I have a same problem with custom strength training.As long as I leave type of exercise cell and weight cells blank all is syncing but if I add any of those it is causing sync error.
