pairing issue with ANT + sensors

Hi guys

ive just received a Fenix 5X sapphire and has started setting everything up
but when i got to pairing my ant + sensors i ran unto a problem
i can pair a wahoo HRM,Zwatt powermeter,stages powermeter and 1 of my DI2
but i cannot find my HRM tri,HRM swim,garmin HRM,garmin footpod,garmin speed sensor,second di2 or garmin speed/kadence sensor ??
anyone got any ideas ? i hae installed 3.84 beta firmware

should i go back to the well known(from fenix 3) factory reset to try and solve issues

seems like it can only find and connect to bluetooth sensors ??

My Fenix 5x found my Tempe without me doing anything at all. I have not set it up so I cannot say it is working fine but it found and recognized it as soon as I got in the car where the Tempe was on my backpack.

i have tryed everything including factory reset but nomatter what i cant find any ant + sensors at all :( only my powermeters on bluetooth and a wahoo ticker run bluetooth HRM can be found and paired its like the ant + isnt activated in the watch

am i really the only one that cannot connect to ant + at all ??? this is not just dropouts i just cant find any of the ant + sensors

I have 5.40 firmware and connect tri hr and stryd without any issues and quite quickly. Not sure if this was what you were looking for...

Works fine for me (and pretty much everyone else). As yours is a brand new watch, and you are not detecting ANT+ sensors at all, I am suspecting there is a fault with the ANT+ chipset on your watch. I'd suggest contacting Garmin Support - they'll probably be happy to exchange it for a new one.

i have allready contacted support and is awaiting theire response
the strange thing is that the 2 D-fly units i have on my bikes i can find and connect to just fine but my 4 different hrm and footpod and speedsensors is impossible to find
