5.84 Change Log Notes:

Improved the connection reliability of ANT sensors during activities.

*Strength workouts are still not available via Garmin Connect. Only the capability to accept these workouts has been added. This feature will be available in the very near future

Same problem with "dancing" compass (System v6.00).
Looks pretty aggresive next to 3.

Yep, made several videos of this which had been going on now since the first update 6.?) after I bought the device and not t been fixed. Garmin said it's fixed in a software update, then they said it's a hardware issue and it needs to go back, then they said it's fixed again via software. They lie. They have no idea.
