I went for a run this morning with my HRM-TRI strap that I always use. My 5X connected to the strap just fine, as always, and was showing the correct HR value in bpm, but the "HR Zone" data fields were showing the maximum 6.6 with "No Zone" at the bottom. I restarted the watch, re-adjusted the strap, etc but the issue was still there. Since it was showing the correct bpm, I went ahead with my run. All other values were working fine (pace, HR, etc) but it showed my HR Zone as the maximum "6.6", "No Zone" the entire run and shows up that way on Garmin Connect, too. The training status, training effect and recovery times seem accurate for the run, so I'm assuming they use the actual HR data and not the 'time in zone' data to calculate.
Anybody else had this issue? Never had this happen before.
