i am not able to connect my Fenix 5s to PC since FW Upgrade 5.3. Tried to clean contacts with aclohol pads with no success. Als? reset does not help, tried connection on different PCs.
same for me with a Fenix5 (no s, no x). I tried different OS (first linux then Windows 7 then MacOS) and different cables (first orginal and third party). USB data stopped around 4.9-5.1 for me. That's a couple months ago. I have read similar issues on the Fenix 5X forum. Although annoying (impossible to backup or load gpx to the watch), I'm waiting a bit to send it for repair because I need it...
