Record & Display Map Track?

On my Garmin handheld (Oregon) I can record and display a track of my travel as the map is displayed. Is it possible to do this with the Map display on the 5X? I have the Topo Northeast 24K installed. Thanks!

The answer is "yes". Is your track not showing up?
It's possible to turn off and configure color of the track. Default is cyan.
