I've noticed recently that my training load value decreases despite the fact that my training routine has not changed (i.e. number of rides, length and time as well as intensity).
At first the value was reaching ~900 but now it is around 350.
Is this value requires some "learning"? like the recovery time? so that at first the value is high but as the device "learns" you more, it provides a more accurate value?
