How to disable a few notifications

Does anyone know how to disable the following three notifications:

1. Step target reached (little firework display and vibration)

2. Stair target reached (same as above)

3. Warning message when syncing time with GPS saying GPS works best with clear view of the sky etc

For the first 2 go into settings,activity tracking and switch goal alerts off

3. The watch picks up your cellular network operators time with each sync with your phone. GPS time syncing should only be required if you are doing multi-day (multi-week?) backcountry trips with no cellular signal. If the alert is annoying you, you can probably turn GPS time syncing off in most other situations.
