After the most recent update, my Birdseye maps are showing weird corruption, as if all the pure white pixels are now showing as black. Anyone else seen this or found a fix? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1248369.jpg
I am sorry but the Birdseye Satellite Imagery Mapping is not compatible on the Fenix 5X, Fenix 5 Plus series, and the Fenix 6 Pro series watches. If it is added, there is no guarantee it will work and we are not able to resolve the issue if there is an issue.
The Birdseye Satellite Imagery pictures are compatible with most of our Outdoor Handheld GPS devices.
You are misinterpreting Basecamp being able to see your watch due to it being plugged into your computer and compatibility with using the Birdseye product. (Basecamp is over 10+ years old at this point and was originally designed for an entire different generation of products. It is designed to show you what watch is plugged into your computer but does not contain logic on compatible aspects of Birdseye that was added much later into Basecamp.)
