I have noticed recently that the VO2Max indicator is "stuck" between the light blue and magenta segments on the VO2Max screen (see image attached). Even as my VO2Max changes, the little indicator arrow doesn't move. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? I have noticed this in the past few firmwares but can't pintpoint when exactly. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1248068.jpg
I had the same problem untill today that it has dropped all of a sudden from 57 to 52, but I'm not in a rough moment in my performance. It must be something of the update.
I have tried a restart and even a removal/reinstallation of the widget - same issue. My VO2Max actually dropped to 55 yesterday - but the arrow still points right between the light blue and magenta segments. Weird!
Don't cry erhancetin :-D . I'm second worst here with 50, but only after 4 months of "actively moving" :-D . Take it like motivation ;-) . In the gauge I see it in blue bar, middle of lower half.
Typically with the strap for workouts, just using the OHR for easy runs. It usually stabilizes around 67, which is where it was when I was using a 920XT with the strap for every run. It's usually a tad faster than I'm running at the moment, but that's probably right, because Firstbeat is assuming a supreme effort under perfect conditions. A summer road 5k during a heavy training week is nothing like a spring 5000 meters on the track when you're well rested. All in all, I'm consistently amazed by how close it is.
