VIRTUAL RACER - RACE ACTIVITY 5.40 - does not work

Since fenix 5x was upgraded to 5.10 I have problem with virtual racer(Race activity). I wanted to race against previous score on the watch and it is not showing any time AHEAD or BEHIND and not showing when it is anticipated finished time. The problem was the same since upgradeing to 5.30 and 5.40.

As I wrote in another thread, 4.10 was OK. From there 5.10, 5.30 and 5.40 doesnt work. Fields AHEAD and BEHIND are empty.

exactly same issue I have after upgrading to 5.40 with a 5X version

Same here. 5.4 and the virtual racer does not work, shows both fields as empty throughout the run. Previous software version did not work either.

I have received answer from the beta team:

"The fix is not in 5.40, it is in the next beta update. Hopefully this will be soon, thank you for your patience."

So, it sounds good.

Today my Fenix 5x was upgraded to firmware 6.0 and the problem is still not solved. I think Garmin is treating us as fools.
Promises are just not enough. I would like to see the watch working like it should and is promised.

No, after upgrading to v. 6.0 it works ok as before (4.10). Fields behind / ahead are not empty and it is ok. Mybe, try to restart watches after the upgrade. It could help.

I also am experiencing issues with ahead/behind field in 9.10 but on the forerunner 935. Wondering if you found a solution, Il_Pres, since?

After upgrade to 9.20 the field BEHIND / AHEAD in virtual racer is empty. Am I only one or is it known issue? Thank you.
