Alarm

Since the 5.3 update, alarm on Fenix 5 resets everyday to different settings. I have vibrate only, next day its switch to both sound and vibrate. Any others with same issue?

Check your settings in Garmin Connect and the mobile app as well. You'll probably find those settings are overriding the ones on the watch.

I am really angry with Garmin! Yesterday I activated an existing alarm on my watch. This morning it did not go off. I knew that this error existed in old versions but common, several updates later still not resolved? If Garmin cannot solve the problem they should at least block it on the watch. So it is clear you have always set/change in GC.

As we have the same problem on the Forerunner 935, let's join forces and do something together. Everybody who is seriously annoyed by this bug, I propose to reach out via Twitter to Garmin or send a mail to [EMAIL="[email protected]"][email protected][/EMAIL] to open a ticket to get this fixed now.

Fenix 5 APAC 4.20. Alarm setting will override by Connect App alarm setting. So you have to set the alarm on the Connect App. It's annoying!
