A few software versions before I set up an alert to notify me whilst running if my cadence dropped below 160. This is turning out to be rather annoying when I run more slowly with my girlfriend and I want to turn it off. I went to do this but "Cadence" is no longer an option in the alerts menu...any ideas? I am running the latest software release.
From the watch face it should be under Menu-key long-press, Settings|Activities & Apps|Run|Run Settings|Alerts|Cadence or substitute the activity/app you are using.
I suspect the OP knows that. I remember the F3 had a bug at one point inbeta releases where this would happen - the settings for an existing alert would vanish from that menu, and there was no way to adjust or delete it without master resetting the watch. You might be able to work around it by creating a duplicate Run activity, then deleting the original and renaming the new one to Run.
