Training status and vo2 max not updating in Garmin Connect

Hello all,
for the last week or so my watch has been indicating that my performance is unproductive. This is probably true given the fall allergy battle i'm having and the sinus infection that resulted from that. My vo2 max has dropped 2 points in the last 7 days or so as a result. The drop is probably real. However connect is still showing the previous vo2 max value and as of today is not even showing training status for yesterday. It does show the correct vo2 max in the graph, but the graphic above the training status graphs shows the old vo2 max value.

Is anyone else seeing similar behavior?
  • For me its the same: The Graph stops on 08/20 - On that day i got the 5.30 on my Fenix 5x. My fenix itself shows some new values butr they arent reflected in the performance section on the website :-/
    Also in the Android App the data stops on that date...
  • It might have been an odd connect issue because i'm back to showing as unproductive today on the web and the phone after 2 days of no status.

    I am having a similar issue.

    The Vo2 max and training load on my watch do not match what is shown in Garmin Connect.

    I swapped from the Fenix 5 to the 5x on 8/11.

    Ever since I made that change this has been an issue for me. In fact, Garmin Connect is showing 8/11 (the last day I wore my F5) as the most recent day of data for the Training Load graph.

    I have updated my device settings in Garmin Connect and everything else seems to Sync properly with the new device.

    I know you recently swapped to the 5x as well...do your issues coincide with that change?

    make sure this drop down is showing your new watch. I had my old one showing there for quite some time. See the screen shot I've attached to this post.

    My issue is somewhat different, I have two days of "no status" right in the middle of my training graph and my vo2max on the header isn't matching my vo2max on the watch and or my graph.

    I'm not sure if Connect isn't updating the Vo2 max value because it thinks i'll rebound or if it is just a bug.
