i have an old cheap phone which I have linked to my Fenix 5x and installed Garmin Connect on. I'm about to buy a new fancy phone, but would like to use the old for running (with a cheap pay as you go SIM). At the same time I want to use GC on the new phone to synch resting HR etc with the Fenix. Is this possible please?
Yes. No Problem. Your are just not able to connect to them simultaneously. I am doing the same thing and simply deactivate BT on my regular phone when using my "running-phone".
