Restore User Settings from Backup?

I'm having problem with the OHR. It's unreliablesince 5.30. I did a backup and downgraded to 4.10 to see if it fixes, and immediately it asked for a "Update Now" or during the night, so it was useless.

Before I trhow it out of the window, there's a way to restore my settings? I made a copy of all files. Tried to replace them, put on "NEWFILES", no luck.

on that point, when you see this if you delete the GUPDATE.GCD file from the root directory of you watch it won't ask you to update and you can leave it at the version you are on

I just did the same with mine, rolled back to 4.10, upgraded that to 5.10 - immediately saw the watch try to upgrade to 5.30, deleted the above file and turned of automatic updates on the watch
