Tracking Swimming

How do I start tracking swimming speed and distance on my 5x before I get into the pool. I want to see the results. :)

That is not what you asked. If you wanted "feedback" you would have asked for feedback and not "How do I start tracking ...". No harm just say'n.

Surely you need to get into the pool first and start swimming. If that's not what you meant, then you might need to restate the question.
